amend previously approved planning consents (Tipperary County Council Ref 16/600565 and 20/46) for a solar farm. The development will consist of a modification to the previously approved on-site substation to allow for a 38kV electrical substation configuration within the solar farm. In order to facilitate the construction of the 38kV substation design, the previously approved 3 no. battery storage units and approximately 240m" of previously approved PV panel area will be replaced. The 38kV substation will include the construction of a control building, an ESB and IPP compound with associated infrastructure including a 38kV busbar, 38kV transformer, 38kV electrical equipment, lightning mast, and all associated ancillary infrastructure required for the project
