alterations to previously permitted wind farm development (planning register refs 14/510138 and 15/600924 (Tipperary), 14/202, 15/629, 19/787 and 20/459 (Kilkenny) and 14/139, 19/597 and 20/386 (Laois)) where the permitted development also extends into the townland of Bruckana, Baunmore and Rathpatrick in Co. Kilkenny and Graigueadrisly in Co.
