for development which will provide for the the upgrade of the Ballyhaise Wastewater Treatment Plant and will generally comprise of the following: the construction of a new storm water holding tank complete with internal cleaning system, internal storm return pumps, access ladder and platform; construction of new sludge drying reed beds complete with sludge feed and filtrate return pipework and also a filtrate return pumping station; construction of new storm water forward feed and final effluent wash water pumping stations; installation of a kiosk to house electrical switchgear and all ancillary site works
