change of use of the unit to a warehouse with ancillary trade counters (for the sale of buildings related products principally to trade). Removal of internal mezzanine floor and external alterations including: (1) a new set of double doors on the front elevation and thus convert the existing goods entrance to a new customer entrance; (2) removal of windows above and around the existing customer entrance and infill with panelling to create a goods entrance; (3) removal of the existing first floor area; (4) enlarged mechanical plant area; (5) new metal "D" barriers. All ancillary works to complete the development.
