The proposed development will consist of:- Demolition of single storey annex to the Former Creamery Building. Demolition of 03 No. Out-Buildings on the site. Renovation and change of use of the Former Creamery Building to 04 No. residential apartments, comprising of 2 no. two-bedroom apartments and 2 No. three-bedroom apartments, and associated elevational alterations to the building. Provision of vehicular and pedestrian entrances onto Dangan Road with associated upgrade works to include a new section of footpath, 2 No. parking spaces and a pedestrian crossing. Construction of 02 No. dormer two-bedroom semi-detached houses. Construction of 02 No. two-storey three-bedroom semi-detached houses. Construction of 01 No. two-storey three-bedroom detached house and all associated site development works
