The development will consist of the alteration and internal refurbishment of the existing building including a) alterations to internal partition walls and openings, b) removal of existing timber staircase and replacement with new timber staircase to include reuse of elements of existing staircase, c) internal thermal upgrade works to existing walls, floor and roof, d) replacement of existing fibre cement slate rear lean-to roof with natural slate roof and minor associated repairs, and all associated external works
