planning permission is sought for development consisting of the change of use of an existing garage to a self-contained ground floor apartment with an office in the attic space, to be used in conjunction with the disability service operating within the existing dwelling on site. This contravening a previous planning condition number 99/1249, condition number 17 of which stated that “the proposed garage shall be used for domestic purposes only ancillary to the enjoyment of the house”.
