permission for a development consisting of the (i) construction of 46 new dwellings, including 20 two-bedroomed apartments and 26 three-bedroom dwellings. New storm and foul drainage (including storm water attenuation) will be connected to the existing system. Vehicular access to the development will be via Riverside Road, Carrickmacross, and pedestrian access will also be provided from Ardee Road. (ii) The development will make use of the partially complete concrete structure and retaining wall, and the existing below podium car parking provision at Magheross Phase 1 (16/386). (iii) And all associated site works.
