amendments to a permitted development (WCC Pl. Ref. 15/260, as extended by 21/588) (currently under construction) .This amendment application relates to the Protected Structure - Struan House (RPS Ref. No. 08-77). The proposed amendment seeks to replace the previously permitted demolition (under Ref. 15/260) of the 2 no. storey rear return structure of Struan House with an amended single storey extension to the rear. This extension of 83.8 sq. m. includes an open plan kitchen/living and family room with minor adjustments to layout, door and window openings and skylights. The proposed works also include internal alterations to the interior of Struan House including a new utility room and a reduction in bedrooms (from 6 no. to 5 no.) to provide en-suite and walk-in wardrobe at second floor level.
