for (a) cut/fill groundworks associated with the laying out and use of land of 3 new juvenile rugby training area of 50m x 60m, 40m x 45m, and 75m x 60m, (b) erection of 10 no. 15m high steel columns fitted with 2 no. metal LED floodlights, (c) the replanting of native trees and plants to form biodiversity areas/corridors and other works required to facilitate the new training area. An Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA) and an Appropriate Assessment (AA) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The site is located within a proposed Natural Heritage Area
