Gorteens and Kilmurry , Belview , Co Kilkenny

for the development of an offline upgrade of Local Road L3412 to a Type 2 Single Carriageway Road for 758m west of the existing IDA Ireland roundabout, the construction of a new roundabout providing access to IDA Ireland lands and all ancillary works above and below ground. Amendments to a previous permission Kilkenny Council file reference numbers PL10.241077 and 17/1775, are included in this development comprising the relocation of an existing screening berm 40 to 45m sough of its current position and reinstatement of screening planting, in the townlands of Gorteens and Kilmurry, Belview, Co Kilkenny. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application.
