the restoration of lands, previously used for slate quarry spoil storage and return them to agricultural use, the works will consist of the removal of residual spoil material, infill with inert waste soil and stone, relocation of entrance, erection of new boundary fence, landscaping and as well as associated site works (these works will require a "waste facility permit" to be obtained)
