Permission for retention and completion of works which are a change to development permitted on site under planning reg. no. 19/38998. Works currently under construction for which retention permission is sought comprise of; (1) Omission of 2-storey extension and construction of new single-storey extension to rear of dwelling house including demolition of boiler house, (2) Removal of 1 no. chimney stack, (3) Alterations to permitted design of new front entrance porch, (4) Demolition of existing east-facing boundary wall located to front of dwelling and construction of new 1.8m high wall to replace same, (5) Demolition of existing west-facing boundary wall located to front of dwelling and construction of new 1.8m high wall to replace same, (6) New ground floor window on east-facing elevation of existing dwelling, (7) Demolition of existing front boundary wall and construction of new 1.7m high wall to replace same, (8) Erection of solar panels on roof of existing dwelling, (9) Alterations to permitted design of new vehicular gated access and (10) All associated completed and ongoing site works.
