retain (a) change of site boundaries, (b) change of house location, (c) change of house design and (d) change of domestic garage design and location , all from that previously approved under Planning Ref. 04/1280. Thereafter Planning Permission is sought for part change of use from existing dwelling house to School Age Service (After School Childcare) and all associated internal alterations.
