permission to (1) Construct a single storey, two classroom extension with associated circulation space, stores and toilet facilities to the side of the existing school building. This work will be carried out in two separate phases. (2) Erect a single storey modular classroom on site. (3) Lower the ground level to the rear of the school building to form a replacement play area. This will include a retaining wall, and relocating an existing underground ESB cable. (4) Site works will include constructing a temporary road entrance and site access for construction traffic, connection to the mains foul and storm sewer, and all other associated site works
