The Nursing Home includes all associated uses comprising en-suite bedrooms, reception and day rooms, TV rooms, dining rooms, kitchen, treatment rooms and salon, family room, library, administration and office rooms, storage rooms, laundry, staff facilities, plant rooms, service rooms and areas, accessible WCs and circulation areas. Each Independent Living Unit includes a double bedroom, an open plan living / dining / kitchen room, a study, an accessible WC and associated storage and circulation. The works will include all associated landscaping and site works, including standalone service and storage enclosures with area of 83 sq.m comprising electrical sub-station, refuse storage and plant. 93 No. vehicular parking spaces and 20 No. cycle parking spaces will be provided. New vehicular, cycle and pedestrian access is via a new distributor road from St Senan's Terrace
