material changes to main showroom (single storey structure). This will incorporate the subdivision of the main showroom into 2 no. showrooms under the existing use as retail. 2 no. new showroom entrances (in addition to existing showroom entrance) are proposed along with new disabled access ramp to side of building and access steps to front of building.
