The development will consist of erection of a 1½ storey dwelling, a domestic garage, and an onsite domestic waste water treatment system (DWWTS) and all associated development works and landscaping. The proposed development also involves the realignment of the boundary roadside hedges to the West and East of the existing road junction, to provide for enhanced road traffic sight-lines in both directions
