the development will consist of a conversion of the existing hip roof to a gable pitched roof and the addition of roof lights to the rear. The existing site entrances and connections to all drains/mains water are to remain unaltered. The development is to also include inter alia all necessary alterations to the landscaping, site services and all associated site works
