for (a) The construction of 2 no. dwellings as follows: A single storey dwelling with a floor area of 270.5 m² that includes for the provision of a new effluent treatment plant and associated percolation area to serve the proposed dwelling (all on site no. 1 for Cora Dempsey). A single storey dwelling with a floor area of 268.4m² that includes for the provision of a new effluent treatment plant and associated percolation area to serve the proposed dwelling (all on site no. 2 for Cillian Dempsey). b) The construction of a new double recessed vehicular entrance to serve both sites; and (c) Landscaping and boundary treatments along with all associated site development works. (d) The granting of permission for this proposal will involve a variation of condition 4 of pl. reg. ref. no.: 97/1421
