external renovations/alterations to the existing dwelling as shown, demolition of the existing single storey lean-to structure (storage/fuel shed) and to construct in its place a new single storey matching pitched roof and flat roof extensions all to the side and rear of the existing dwelling, redesign of the existing shared entrance to form a separate farm and residential entrance, revision to the site boundaries, decommissioning of the existing septic tank and to install a new WWTS with a polishing filter, with all ancillary services and site works
