retain permission and change of use permission from dwelling to hostel as follows: a. retention permission is sought for the site development and the partial construction of 7 no. camping stands including 5 no. camping huts and all associated site works. b. full planning permission is sought for the conversion of Ballybrophy house into hostel accommodation and reception rooms and associated offices for administrating the development, c. Full planning permission is also sought for the conversion of an existing outhouse/haybarn to a shower and toilet block to accommodate the camping site. d.
